Provide proactive business banking sales and relationship management that will nurture and grow a portfolio of SME customers by identifying and offering value adding and specialised bank financial product solutions.
- Analyze the geographical and environmental factors affecting the Branch to be able to understand its commercial potential and competition
- Periodically analyze the customer base of the branch and portfolio
- Monitor and action daily referrals/leads within set time lines
- Ensure weekly sales plans are in place
- Manage the loan portfolio by active participation in watch list meetings, monitor/manage pre-Non Performing Loans (NPLs) and fully recover bank funds
- Support in the timely and efficient preparation of business documentation to facilitate faster turn-around-time and closure of customer requests; such may include but not limited to-preparing bid bonds, performance guarantees and invoice discounting.
- Optimize cross-selling opportunities and provide comprehensive financial advice to clients on all services they seek to revel in with the Bank and facilitate them to access such solutions.
- Support in the preparation of the arrears and excesses reports to be used by the RAC committee in assessing the performance of the portfolio at risk.

IT Support Officer – Systems Analysis
Department: Operations Department (ICT)Job description
To provide support for the bank’s reporting, data analytics and database management systems, while providing support for the effective use of these systems.
- To provide support with analysis of user requirements for ICT related solutions.
- To provide support for the development of ICT and automation solutions with regard to business requirements.
- To provide support for data-mining and report generation.
- To provide support for database management systems.
- Engage with MIS related vendors and support providers.
- To provide technical support; answering and fixing queries via phone, email and feedback management system.
- To maintain a high degree of staff support for all ICT related queries and adhere to all service management principles.

Trade Finance Officer

Responsible for handling customer instructions for the various trade products and ensure that they are properly executed and then processed in a timely manner without unnecessary delays.
- Take charge of client requests including bookings, disbursements and recoveries for the trade finance products ie Letter of Credit,Guarantees,Import Loans,IBCs and Certificate Discounting.
- Monitoring of accounts for inflows in relation to the products that a client may have utilized.
