Your business account application has been submitted successfully!

Here is what you should expect after this:-

  • An email notification has been sent to your nominated business email address with your application reference ID. Please keep this safe for future reference in relation to your account opening process
  • Our service teams will verify the information you have provided
  • If unsuccessful, you will receive a call from our service excellence team with guidance on what is required for a successful application
  • If your application is successful, you will receive an SMS notification and email notification confirming that your account has been created
  • You are required to activate your new business account by making a deposit of at least UGX 150,000 onto the account to enable your cheque book production and validation of company registration documents
  • Your company will be required to deliver hand-deliver hard copies of all certified documents within five working days to your preferred branch to enable the completion of the company account opening exercise
