General Requirements (New Customers)

To open your account online and get registered on our digital channels, please scan the following documents prior to commencing the process.

1 current passport photograph of yourself (and for all other directors if not a sole proprietorship)
Valid identification document of yourself– National ID for Ugandans or passport for foreign nationals (and for all other directors if not a sole proprietorship)
Personal valid email address and phone number (and for all other directors if not a sole proprietorship)
