• Certified copy of Certificate of Registration
• Certified copy of Registration Particulars of Business Name/any changes thereof
• Trading license
• TIN

Partnership firms (In addition to the above general requirements)

•  Certified copy of Certificate of Registration
• Certified Statement of Registered Particulars of the Business Name/any change thereof
• Registered/Certified Copy of Partnership Deed

Limited liability firms (In addition to the above general requirements)

• Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation (and/or any Change of Name)
• Certified Memorandum and Articles of Association (and any amendments thereof)
• Registered resolution of the Board of Directors sanctioning the opening of the account
• Certified Particulars of Directors and Secretary (Co. Form 7) or Certified Copy of the changes thereof, or the Latest Annual Return
